Manaslu Circuit Trekking from Kathmandu

It’s a long drive to Sotikhola today but the beautiful views of the countryside and the mountain sceneries will keep you mesmerized. Overnight in SotiKhola.

Firstly, we cross a suspension bridge and enter a beautiful Sal forest and then ascent a ridge above the mighty Budhi Gandaki River. We make our way further through tropical waterfalls on a steep, rocky trail clinging to the side of a cliff and then descend a few rice terraces to reach Labubesi, a Gurung village. We continue onwards until we make it to MachhaKhola village. Overnight in MachhaKhola.

We move along a winding trail to reach a Hotspring in Tatopani. Here we climb a ridge, cross a suspension bridge over the Budhi Gandaki and make our way up to Dobhan. We then cross a bridge over the YaruKhola, and continue towards Tharo Bharyang. We cross a bridge, climb a ridge, and finally make it to Jagat. Overnight in Jagat.

We first climb a ridge to find extraordinary views of Manaslu Mountain. We then move down to Sirdibas. The valley widens as we reach Ghatta Khola. We them walk upstream to reach a suspension bridge at Philim. From here we head to Ekle Bhatti and then ascent a steep gorge. Next, we head down cross the Budhi Gandaki, make it through a Bamboo forests to finally reach Deng. 

One we reach Ranagaon, we climb uphill to BihiPhedi. We then move down to the Budi Gandaki, and then walk alongside the river to reach Ghap. From Ghap, we climb our way up toNamrung. The trail offers brilliant views of Ganesh, Himalchuliat Namrung. Overnight in Namrung. 

The highlight of today’s trip includes the Himalayan giants like DwijenHimal, SaulaHimal, Manaslu Mountain, Rupinala pass, Lajing peak. We also pass by a beautiful monastery as we head to Lho. Moreover, the trip to Samagaon is filled with magnificent views to keep you occupied. Overnight at Samagaon.

Firstly, wehead down to the BudhiGandaki River, and then make our way through the valley to reach Samdo. Samdo is beautiful village that offers spectacular views ofManaslu, Nagdichuli and Manaslu glacier. Overnight in camp.

Today we can either hike to a valley directly up Samdo and back or take a trip to Gya La. We recommend the hike as itleads us to one of the trade passes to Tibet where amazing views of Mt. Manaslu along with other Himalayan ranges including Simrang, Hiunchuli, Ngadi, Larkye Peak, Cheocan be seen.  Ypu may even spot the rare Lophophorus, Lammergeyer and Himalayan Griffin en route. The other optionis longer and can be exhausting. Overnight in Samdo.

We firstly move down and cross a bridge over the Budi Gandaki and then climb upwards while enjoying views of the Larkya Glacier. We make our way around the valley and then climb up towards Dharmasala. Overnight in Dharmasala.

We head early forte base of Larkya La Pass. We then go on a daunting trek of Larkya La Pass. The summit boasts some of the greatest views ofHimlung Mountain, Annapurna II Mountain, kangurungand Cheo Mountain. After enjoying the views we descend to Bhimtang where more spectacular views of Manasluand Lamjung Mountains await us.

After a good breakfast we move down towards the Surke River. We then make our way up through a pine forest, to reach the Dudhkoshi River. We move further moving in and out of Dharapani ultimately reach the Tilje village via Gho Village. Overnight in Tilje.

We first climb a small ridge on a stone trail passing through a pretty village and then cross a bridge over Dudh Khola. We then pass a mani wall to reach Thonje village. We now pass through Karte village and after a brief walk cross a bridge over Marshyangdi  Khola to finally reach Tal. Overnight in Tal.

We follow the trail to Chyamje and then cross the Marshyangdi Khola. We then descend through rhododendron and and pine forests to reach Syange then to Besishahar. After lunch we will head back to Kathmandu. Overnight in Kathmandu
